I remember when I was a little girl
Looking at the moon
I’d stare for hours and hours on end
The fodder for many a dream
The backdrop to many a scene
The twinkle in the furthest star
Brings me to how small we are
Brings me to This Special Place
Where peace begets the Human Race
I reached toward the midnight sky
For a moment it seemed not so high
Buy fly amongst the stars I could
And suddenly I understood
The twinkle in the furthest star
Brings me to how small we are
Brings me to This Special Place
Where peace begets the Human Race
The twinkle in the furthest star
Brings me to how small we are
Brings me to This Special Place
Where peace begets the Human Race
If I sat upon the moon afar
Not knowing how we really are
I’d imagine this a place of grace
A hospitable watering place
I remember when I was a little girl
Looking at the moon
I’d stare for hours and hours on end
The fodder for many a dream
The backdrop to many a scene
The twinkle in the furthest star
Brings me to how small we are
Brings me to This Special Place
Where peace begets the Human Race
The twinkle in the furthest star
Brings me to how small we are
Brings me to This Special Place
Where peace begets the Human Race
